1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files saved on your device by your browser. The localStorage and sessionStorage technologies, which we also use, work in a similar way — in this policy we treat them together as "cookies".

Saving information on your device other than information necessary to provide the service you have requested requires your consent. We collect consent in a banner displayed on your first visit and you can change it at any time — you will find the "Cookie settings" button in the user menu and at the bottom of this page.

2. Categories

Necessary — required for the service to work (logging in, remembering the language and the selected model, interface state, recording your consent decision). They do not require consent; without them the service does not work correctly.
Analytics — help us understand how you use the service and fix interface problems. Saved only after consent has been given.

Masking of content. In session recordings, all text content and form fields — and therefore also your conversations with the assistant — are masked on the browser side and are not sent to the provider. The recording reproduces only the page layout and interactions (clicks, scrolling).

Please note: the PostHog cookie is saved for the parent domain, so that it also covers related services of the same brand. Your consent decision is saved the same way — for futurestays.ai and its subdomains — so it also applies to our website at futurestays.ai and we only ask you once.

4. Managing consent

In the service — the "Cookie settings" button (user menu or the bottom of this page). The same button is available in the footer of our website at futurestays.ai, and a change made in either place applies to both. Withdrawing consent deletes the data saved by the analytics tools and reloads the page.
In your browser — you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies will make it impossible to log in and use the service.
